Train to Gain offers businesses a flexible and affordable approach to training. The aim of the fund is to recognise the work you complete on a day-to-day basis with a formal qualification. This is achieved through work-based assessments thus removing the need for staff to be absent from the business whilst training.
The training programme is available to businesses, self employed individuals and volunteers and is an excellent tool for developing yourself and your workforce.
